Dr. Jayprakash Patel is an Internal Medicine Physician that offers a variety of medical services at his private practice in Jemison AL.
Dr. Patel continues to provide inpatient and critical care services for his patients admitted at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, AL.
After completion of his Internal Medicine Residency and becoming Chief Resident at Jersey Shore Medical Center in New Jersey, he moved to Alabama to provide quality medical care for the people of Chilton and Shelby County. His practice has has been open since January 1994.
